Career highlights:

  • Vice-skip for Kevin Martin, won gold at 2008 World Championships; silver in 2009.
  • Two-time Canadian champion in 2008, 2009.
  • Three-time Alberta champion in 2007, 2008, 2009.
  • Won one Ontario championship as skip (2002).
  • Won two Canadian junior men’s championship and won the world both years (1998, 1999).

  • Firefighter: Rockyview Fire Service.
  • Started curling at the age of five.
  • His father Earle, a military man, represented Manitoba at the 1980 Brier, going 6-5.
